Project Manager

Job Specification:

• At least BSME or BSCE graduate
• With at least 5 year supervisory experience in managing a project and/or construction work
• Conforms to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient with with Project Management Software
• Excellent communication skills including to translate technical information into basic understanding, and the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with a diversity of people at an individual and team level
• Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines regardless of possible seatbacks; can be relied upon to get the job done on time
• Ability to motivate a team to work together towards a common goal and to achieve cooperation within the team

Job Summary:

• The Project Manager organizes and leads projects from inception to completion. Organizations hold him accountable for managing the four key elements of all projects: scope, resources, time and budget. The Project Manager coordinate project resources and also facilitates the many relationships within any project - wether with customers, team members, internal and external constituents or any variety of stakeholders - and function as the central point of contact for all project-related information.
