COMMUNITY RELATIONS SUPERVISOR 
(CUSTOMER & COMMUNITY RELATIONS DEPARTMENT) 
Qualifications: 
- College graduate; any 4 year course 
 
- At least 2 years’ experience in any public related functions.
 
- Possess the following knowledge and skills:
 
Analytical Skills; Communication Skills; Driving skills; 
Computer literate; and customer oriented. 
 
Work assignments: 
- Preparation of Information for Dissemination (Power Interruption Notices)
 
- Administration of Customer Survey Results
 
- To facilitate the resolution of the customer complaints 
 
- Requires a liaison work with NGOs/GO/LGUs
 
- Assists the Dept. Head in Planning & Implementation of Community Projects.
 
- Coordination & administration to Company’s annual involvement in various community activities.
 
- General supervision of the secretarial services
 
- Attending to Official Company guests/visitors
